Andrew McCauley MSc CSCS is a sports medicine physiotherapist, extended scope practitioner (nhs), and strength & conditioning specialist. He runs a private clinic in Cornwall and delivers education for therapists on strength training, exercise adherence, and coaching within rehabilitation. Andrew is the founder of The Unbound Project, a peer-to-peer community supporting therapists to develop confidence, clarity, and sustainable careers, and hosts the Therapeutic Conversations Unravelled podcast exploring how communication shapes clinical outcomes.

Ciarán McCauley is an actor, lecturer, and Programme Chair for Performing Arts at Atlantic Technological University, with over two decades of experience as a founding member of Blue Raincoat Theatre Company. Alongside his work in theatre, film, and radio, he is a performance and vocal coach who specialises in helping people feel at ease, connect quickly, and express themselves with confidence. Using humour, storytelling, and physical presence, Ciarán has a unique ability to break down barriers between people—creating environments where individuals feel seen, heard, and comfortable being themselves. He is the perfect person to open the conference, transforming initial awkwardness into genuine, meaningful human connection.

Bob Beswick is a former professional rugby league player, playing 433 times and appearing in two world cups. Enjoying many highs and lows throughout my career. He learned the value of self awareness, teamwork and has an obsession with self development. He gained a Masters in Sports Science from the University of Bolton, and has coached world class athletes from multiple sports. Now working as a mental fitness coach and national facilitation trainer for the charity Rugby League Cares, he works across a range of programmes that equip various communities with evidenced-based tools and skills to support their wellbeing.

Gemma Parry is a dual-qualified Physiotherapist and Sport Rehabilitator, holding MSc degrees from the University of Birmingham and the University of Salford. She has worked extensively in elite sport, including as Lead Physiotherapist for GB Short Track Speed Skating at the PyeongChang 2018 Winter Olympics, Team GB at the Youth Olympic Games (2022, 2024), and Team England Wheelchair Basketball at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games. Her clinical experience spans roles with GB Boxing, GB Judo, the UK Sports Institute, Birmingham Royal Ballet, Manchester United Soccer Schools, The University of Bath and Aston Villa Women FC. Following her PhD, Gemma’s research focuses on musculoskeletal profiling and understanding movement quality during growth and maturation in adolescents. She was the driving force behind The Developing Child, an online digital health course co-created with teachers to support those working with young people through critical stages of development.

Nicola Graham is a strategist with a background in MSK physiotherapy, having worked across the NHS, sport, and private practice. She went on to build, scale, and successfully exit a multidisciplinary healthcare business, TOPS:health, before completing an EMBA and moving into strategic and board-level roles.
Now working across preventative health, human performance, and sports tech, Nicola specialises in translating clinical expertise into scalable strategy and measurable outcomes. She brings a unique ability to bridge the gap between clinical and commercial worlds—helping individuals and organisations think bigger, act with clarity, and unlock high performance in both people and systems.

Sarah Davies is an Integrative Psychotherapist, Trauma Specialist, and founder of The Rose May Practice. Originally trained in paediatric nursing, she developed a deep understanding of how emotional experiences shape physical health—leading her into psychotherapy. She now specialises in EMDR and Internal Family Systems, supporting people with trauma, anxiety, burnout, and limiting beliefs.Her work is grounded in compassion and curiosity, creating a safe space for individuals to explore their inner world and reconnect with their capacity for change. Sarah works with adults, adolescents, and high performers who want more than just coping—they want to feel grounded, connected, and fully alive, both in their work and everyday lives.

Andy Hosgood is a leadership and performance coach, business owner, and co-founder of The Unbound Project , a movement redefining how healthcare professionals grow, connect, and lead. With over two decades in healthcare and a decade in coaching, Andy is known for helping people move beyond roles and titles to understand who they are, what drives them, and what comes next. At the heart of his work is a belief that real growth doesn’t happen in isolation, it happens through honest conversation, shared experience, and psychologically safe spaces.Through The Unbound Project, Andy is creating environments where clinicians can step back, reflect, and reconnect with their identity, purpose, and direction not just as professionals, but as humans navigating the reality of modern healthcare.
